Sonji leads the way for a quilt a day!

I'm going to attempt to hang with Sonji this week who has committed to making a quilt a day.  I will make a quilt top  a day, Monday-Friday, but will quilt them over the weekend in order to improve my machine quilting with a continuous run.  Here is my Monday quilt:

  1. I really like that golden rod color. I'm so happy that you are going to do this quilt-top-a-day thing...I'm not actually quilting them either. I'm making a pile for when I decide I am actually able to quilt instead of just scribble with thread. I think that those cool postcards count as quilts...especially if you make them quilts instead of postcards (hint, hint).

  4. I like the little x's and center --the purple and pumpkin color scheme is very interesting too!

  5. Ya know... I've been thinking all day about this... maybe next week I'll try the quilt a day thing...(hopefully turning the edges, then quilting them separately. Oh wait.. that will mean MORE projects waiting to be quilted...)
